1.Order Placed but not delivered: As a general rule you shall be entitled to cancel your order after the order has been placed, but not delivered and you have received confirmation of the same. Cancellation of order can be done for Cash on Delivery as well as Online Payment orders within 36 hours of placing the order. Post 36 hours of placing the order, there shall be no option of a cancellation, but the customer can opt for a return or refund once the products have been delivered.
2.Order Cancelled by Mahagrand spices: Mahagrand spices has the right to cancel order in such case full refund will be done from the website to the customer’s account used while placing the order. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
3. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
- in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
- failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
- failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
4. General Rules for Return of Products are:
- You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in case you are not satisfied with the product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
